Lewis has raised/structured equity and debt capital for private companies in commercial industries through our affiliated network of broker dealers, private equity, consulting, and investment banking firms. He also has managed properties with net worth of 100 million specifically in RV Hospitality, Mobile home and Storage businesses.

Lewis received a BA in Marketing & Finance from Florida Atlantic University and a Master’s Degree in Accounting from Nova University.

In his current role, Lewis serves as our clients’ POC, overseeing the overall strategy and growth plans for managed properties. Lewis has key relationships in the industry with vendors, clients, and brokers.

Partner / Regional Director

Dee is our regional director for multiple RV parks in the Southeastern region. She has an extensive background in Business Analysis and Office Management. With years of experience running RV Parks, she’s a huge asset to parks that are having difficulty in organizing their daily, weekly and monthly routines.

She is an advocate of utilizing technology to streamline operations and a proponent of online reservations. Many parks have increased their occupancy by as much as 60% due to a well thought out web presence.

As a former realtor and property manager, Dee has an in-depth knowledge of multi-family properties as well as bank owned or REO properties.

Over 30 years of experience in the information technology sector. Jack has been the lead on large scale projects including:

• Software Projects in the RV Industry as well as Life and Health Insurance
• Nationwide deployment of Wi-Fi for a Fortune 200 company
• Nationwide deployment of Voice over IP (VOIP) telephone system at 96 locations
• Nationwide network upgrades for two Fortune 500 companies

Jack is also well versed in Cloud technologies. Jack has several projects that are hosted on the Azure Cloud for the ultimate in scalability and high availability.

His success has always been the ability to listen to what people need and break down large projects into small component pieces so they can be easily accomplished in a timely manner

Partner/ Managing Director, RV Hospitality

Justin has more than 10 years of experience as a top level manager. He provides operational oversight and serves as the daily operations support for the onsite general manager of properties in the hospitality industry.

Graduating from the University of Florida, Justin played for the Florida Gators football team, before changing course into management.

Justin built a chain of retail pharmacies in the greater Florida markets. The chain was sold and he has focused his energy in the RV hospitality, mobile home, multi-family properties and storage businesses.

Jason has over 10 years of experience in engineering, business strategy, experience design, and project development efforts for our hospitality managed properties. He has worked for Fortune 500 companies as an engineer overseeing major projects.

His knowledge of strategic supply chain, project management, and electrical engineering is priceless.

Jason earned his degree in engineering from Arizona State University.
